A Collaborative Approach AMS consists of scientists and technologists who understand the physics of microprocessors and memory. Our customers include process engineers who have developed innovative ways to manufacture these silicon-based devices. The AMS goal is for these two groups to work together so that the first group can provide relevant, meaningful measurements that help the second group meet and exceed its goals. And that is how AMS is different. We ask questions. We investigate. We listen. Only then can we design key metrology applications which work - precisely in the way our customer wants and needs. Every AMS metrology application has been developed because of the cooperation, collaboration and teamwork inherent in the relationship between AMS and its customers. Our goal is to enable our customers' semiconductor fabrication by facilitating an unending stream of new metrology applications.
